Retro style illustration of the Uhlmann House by Al Beadle in the Camelback Foothills. The color scheme and style are inspired by the Arizona Republic's "This is Arizona" semi-centennial magazine.
The layout of the mountain, house and palms was rearranged to accommodate horizontal and vertical collateral. A subtle halftone pattern is screened over the design.
The Arcadia typeface is the font called OUTAGE with semi-slab serifs selectively added on to create a flow that weaves through the caps.
